KLB President Dwayne Archer said, “We are excited about this opportunity and certainly appreciate Woodbine's generosity. One of the seven primary sources of litter is household trash scattered before or during collection. It is important that people bag their trash and use trash bags that meet Sanitation Department requirements.”
